Anna Rossington

Anna has more than 20 years experience in regulation, most recently working as the Deputy Director for Strategy and Reform at the Office of Rail and Road where she led the organisation’s response to the Government’s plans for the reform of the rail industry. Prior to that she worked at Ofgem, the gas and electricity regulator, where her roles included membership of the executive committee as Director of Retail Energy, heading the design of the retail energy price cap and leading the organisation through appeals to the CMA and a Judicial Review.

Anna is also a senior tutor at Queen Mary University’s School of Economics & Finance.
