Enforcement Decisions and Notices

This page details our investigations and lists our decisions and notices arising from these investigations. These investigations include those into:

• Failures to comply with an Information Notice issued under section 65 of the Football Governance Act 2025 ("The Act") or an Expert Reporter’s Notice issued under section 66 of the Act;
• Offences relating to information requirements under section 78 of the Act; and
• Relevant Infringements as listed in Schedule 7 of the Act (s68 statutory investigations).
