Internal Review

The IFR's Internal Reviews Procedural Framework provides guidance on how an Internal Review is likely to be conducted. It also contains the rules relating to the recovery of costs where relevant.

The Procedural Framework will assist clubs, owners and other persons to navigate the internal review function, while enabling the internal reviewer in each case to conduct a robust, independent and time-efficient review of the IFR's original decision. Among other things, it is aimed at ensuring this function offers a quicker and less costly alternative for persons seeking to challenge an IFR decision.
