ODSE Determinations

This page lists the people we have approved as suitable to own, direct or hold senior executive roles at the football clubs we regulate. It also lists those we have assessed and determined are not suitable for these roles. 

Since 5 May 2026, anyone wishing to become an owner, director or senior executive (an ‘officer’) at a regulated club must first be assessed and approved by us. People already in these roles before 5 May 2026 do not need separate approval to continue in their role. 

We update this ODSE determinations register weekly. The most recent changes appear at the top of the register below.
