Gemma White KC

Gemma White KC is a barrister with a broad practice covering public Law, professional discipline, discrimination, education and sport. Her experience in the sporting sector includes chairing arbitration panels or sitting as sole arbitrator in cases relating to rule breaches, alleged misconduct and safeguarding. She has also been appointed by sporting bodies to conduct safeguarding reviews and investigations into allegations of misconduct. Gemma was appointed as a member of ECB's Cricket Discipline Panel in March 2025.
